Refund Eligibility

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • The item must meet all return policy conditions.
  • The product must be received in its original, unopened condition.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Bank processing times may vary — please allow additional time.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Partial Refunds

  • Items returned with visible signs of use or damage
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Items returned after the standard window but within 14 days

Defective or Incorrect Items
